Dear community, we've been informed that for those who was unable to withdraw your funds from BW exchange, will be opened a procedure in order to withdraw your VLX tokens. The below instruction does not guarantee the tokens withdrawal, as the procedure itself is not created and performed by anyone from Velas Network AG. 1. You need to write email to listing@bw.com from the email you registered the BW account. In the email please write your UID, email address, amount of VLX that you want to withdraw. (Cancel any staking or open orders first). You should also send the legacy wallet address you want to get the withdrawal to. Also, please attach 1 screenshot of your BW VLX wallet balance from your account. 2. Please send those information to BW listing@bw.com by 20th Dec. Customer service doesn't handle this. So just send to listing@bw.com 3. After 20th Dec the responsible department WILL NOT BE ASSISTING WITH THIS MATTER ANYMORE, so please be sure to send those information before 20th of Dec. BW team will check and verify all the emails from the users. If the user data is matching the existing accounts, after that the BW team will distribute the tokens one by one according to the preapproved data from the emails. 4. If the user's email is not from their registered emails list then BW team will not be able to get processed. Their will only process the user's withdrawal if the required information is correct.
