Good morning Velonians, this message serves as an update for the one-time withdrawal process from BW.com exchange. The below instruction does not guarantee the tokens withdrawal, as the procedure itself is not created and performed by anyone from Velas Network AG. BW will support VLX one time withdrawal. Below is what you need to do and deadline. 1. use the email that you registered BW account to send an email to listing@bw.com Format shall be like below: "My user ID is XXX, my registered email is XXX. I would like to withdraw all my VLX , amount XXX, to below VLX Legacy address: XXX" Then add a screenshot of your account balance of VLX. Make sure you cancel any the staking or open orders if you have. 2. Then add the Legacy address into your BW VLX withdrawal account for the system to verify. 3. Make sure all information is correct: UID, email address, total VLX amount in your account, Legacy withdrawal address (not EVM, not Native, not BSC) 4. Please send only to listing@bw.com 5. Deadline 22nd Dec 6. This is one time only special arrange for VLX token only. Handling fees may applied. ( If so, it may auto deduct from the amount you withdraw.
